Authors articles on legal issues for publication in the Ohio REALTOR, Daily Buzz, e-connections, Ohio REALTORS website and other Association publications. Reviews, drafts, and testifies on pending legislation before the Ohio Legislature as required. Oversees all legal services including the operation of the Legal Assistance Hotline, Legal Action Fund and the activities of the Vice President of Legal Services, the Director of Finance, the Member and Board Services Group, Publications and Media Relations Group and Management Information Systems. Serves as staff liaison to the Legal Action Committee, the Legal Issues Forum, and other committees as needed.
